Getting a parachute in SA for PC

With or without cheats, will someone please tell me how to get a parachute in San Andreas for PC.

AIYPWZQP = Have Parachute code for PC. Alternatively you could look for one. One is at the top of the high building in Los. Santos, another can be found ontop of a desert cliff, in an old shack. Also there is one ontop of Mount Chilliad, near the two vehicles parked at the top.
