Be ugly. Can it be fixed, aside from me uninstalling Skype?

Your suggestion requires that people know what the f*ck you're on about. But it seems to imply it only happens with Skype --- which even makes no sense at all --- so in other words, not that many are affected.

 

However, you better explain what's happening, and what you want fixed.

I have Skype. Never use it, ever. But it is installed.
