gamemastr99
Ok if anyone has read or looked at the GameInformer magazine with Ryder in his orange clothes on the cover then they should see that there was an interior to the house near Madd Dogg's Crib (the one with the false wall) and it involved the person being able to look out at the pool from a room with a few couches. This interior must have been either taken out of the game or had the entrance redirected so that nobody could get into it (like Rusty Brown's Donut Shop). If anybody has found this interior please tell me the precise directions that you used to get to it. If it doesn't exist, then feel free to lock this topic. you better respect my authoritay! CarpetDweller
I don't think it exists. I doubt it would be a seperately loaded interior because they would still have to load all the surrounding areas that can be view from the windows at the same time. With this house overlooking most of Los Santos that would mean loading alot of area just for one interior. If it was intended to load at the same time as the "real world" exteriors then it has been removed, because anyone who's used that Blue Hell entrance would have seen it. I have to admit not checking every single interior world to see if anything loads inside that building, but I strongly doubt it. It's a shame that one of the main advertising campaigns highlighted the original version of that house at the end. For anyone not sure what we're talking about see the house 1:00 in to this trailer. gamemastr99
Its GameInformer issue #134. It contains ten pages about San Andreas plus some pages about Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell. And to carpetdweller, you're right. Itt would take a long time to load all those interior designs just like you said. It would be pretty much the whole north section of Los Santos. Thanks for clearing that up.
CheatingSoi
That inst an interior its just like in vice city where there are some walk in buildings. its pretty much part of the entire map. But it is strange that they would take that out of the game. I would also like to know what issue of game informer that is.
CheatingSoi
Never Mind I found this issue and took some pics. Its really interesting because most everything they show is beta. Here is the inside of the mansion Here are some carjackers I dont understand this because the caption says they are alot more forcefull but they dont seem to be in the final game. Also heres beta sweet and smoke and the caption on the picture with the mansion. I bet if that interior for the mansion was in the finished product we would not be able to enter blue hell from that corner sense the inside would be solid. gamemastr99
Hey I just found out that the interior was in the beta testing only. I had been looking through some GTA webpages and had discovered it. Apparently, almost all of your safehouses would have had windows that you could look out to see the outside world, but just like this house, they decided it wouldn't work. bagga rabbit
thank goodness someone decided to rank "gameplay" over number of interiors..it would have been like a "Sims"
CheatingSoi
Couldnt they have fit the interiors in the game. One house is just a little tiny square of space compared to teh huuggge map of san andreas, I dont see why the couldn't have fit some of the interiors as exteriors so yuo could look outside and it wouldn't have to load to go in. Magic_Al
That was going to be a cool house and it's a shame it got stripped down to a really lame exterior. They even took the water out of the pool! I wish there was an excuse for Rockstar to release an update of San Andreas for next-gen consoles or at least PC, that finished all the interiors as originally planned, but I suppose it's not economically viable for such a "minor" improvement. The market wouldn't accept a "next-gen" release looking like a last-gen title, but fans would appreciate seeing SA liberated from the hardware limitations that made Rockstar abandon stuff they thought they were going to be able to do originally. gamemastr99
Hey, I discovered something. If you do the false wall thing to get into the Underworld of San Andreas, you can walk on a little bit of something before you fall. If you walk away from the hole there is still the collision file of the floor and furniture there.
