Hi everyone please listen i have had a strange problem see i got MTA and i know everything but i don't have gta-vc.exe does anyone know why can i download it someone tell me why and how it can be fixed ok thank you bye biggrin.gif

Take your game back to the store at which you bought it if there's an issue with it.

 

The solution isn't to download any files you might think you're missing, and at any rate, GTANet isn't a file sharing network.
