JoeyLeone25
With the Premiership a week away, I thought there's no better time to get the Fantasy League/Dream Team up and running. On The Terraces As you can see, I've gone for the cheap defence/keeper route with an expensive Midfield/Attack hoping to bring home the points. saintdave
I really want to make a team of players that used to play for Saints as I'm doing something similar at my work's fantasy football league, but I need 1 more midfielder. The team so far - Niemi Maik Taylor Bridge Baird Bale Davenport Fitz Hall Boa Morte Oakley Quashie Guthrie ? Crouch Kevin Davies Walcott

Cuse510
As always seems to be my problem, I pick players with my heart over my head. I still think I have a decent squad though, without Henry taking up half of my salary Given Niemi Dunne Toure Carvalho (because JT is injured) Bocanegra Volz- probably not a great pick even at 4.5 but his website is just so damn funny Rosicky O'Neil (might be replaced by Steven Reid if fit) Matty Taylor Gerrard Reo-Coker (might be replaced by Giles Barnes when fit) Doyle Carew Van Persie No Manure
Attorney General
I'm all signed up. The team looks decent on paper...but who the hell knows? I'm taking about the funness factor here. Come on soccer is boring as hell. That's why they get slow people to play that sport since its boring. Thus giving the reference to people having their IQs on their back. An egg?

You say its boring this coming from a person who watch a game which stops every 30 seconds also footballers are more likly to be faster than GridIroner's The atmosphere at a proper football game is the best thing i have ever been to Every Match i go to the crowd re always sing even if they are losing also nothing better than a away match on a tuesday night in December seeing your team getting hammerd of 90 min and some how getting a win
GTA3Rockstar
Your soccer players have to be actors too when it comes to getting touched. Stupid how they try to cheat the ref into thinking they really got hurt. Stupid.
saintdave
Take it to PM please lads. Yes not everyone likes this sport, fair enough but is it necessary to give such opinions in a topic designed for a fantasy football league/team?

Nick Papagiorgio
I'm pleased so far. Not too good, but not too bad. Viduka did good for me, so did Ferdinand. I forgot Ballack was injured, so I could've gotten more points. Edited August 12, 2007 by Nick Papagiorgio
Seddo
Is there a set number of transfers you can have during the season or can you swap as many players over as you like, as long as your still keeping within the money limit.
Nick Papagiorgio
Is there a set number of transfers you can have during the season or can you swap as many players over as you like, as long as your still keeping within the money limit. This is from the fantasy page: TransfersAfter selecting your squad you can still deal in the transfer market. Unlimited squad transfers can be made, 1 transfer can be made between each gameweek deadline without charge. Each additional transfer made in the same gameweek will deduct 4 points from your total at the next deadline. Free transfers are not carried over from week to week. All transfers before the start of the season are made at no cost. For teams entering after the start of the season, no points will be deducted before their first deadline. You can play 1 transfer wild card a season. All transfers made in the Gameweek your wild card is played will be without points deduction. You play your wild card when confirming transfers. Any transfers you make will become active at the next deadline. So it sounds like you can make as many transfers as you want, to an extent. spyro_ie
I was disappointed with my team, Easy Company. Rooney got taken off, and the Man U game ended up a draw. Plus this whole system of bonus points screwed me over.
Crokey
One free transfer before the next Gameweek, any more will cost you 4 points per player, you can however make 1 'Wildcard' Transfer at any time throughout the Season free of charge, but I guess that will be a use it very wisely option. If however you join up after the season starts you get unlimited transfers until the deadline of the next gameweek. If you click the 'Transfers' tab at the side of the page it will give you a list of Gameweek Deadlines.
