A few things

im on 83% on my second time around and have left the cubans and the haitans to last to avoid territorial contempt whilst doing vigilante paramedic thingsetc..... first of all

 

1.Is BROWN THUNDER seperate to VIGILANTE(ie is it needed to be done in addition to vigilante to achieve 100%)?

 

2.What becomes available after collecting 100 hidden packages...i mean you can access the hunter with a police uniform ...when ever you want prior to collecting 100 packages?????

 

3.Besides the stadium...do certain things only appear at certain times of the day?

 

 

 

( Do you know that all you have to do on "sir yes sir" is wait til the private says "sir yes sir" after being ordered into get doughnuts ....then jump in the rhino...unhindered????(sorry if that seems condescending...just i have heard so many ways round this ...which involves sniper rifles and whatever))

1. Both the same, except when you get in to the hunter and start the brown thunder it says “brown thunder”. You can even get out of it and go in to a police car, fbi car, etc half way through and continue the mission.

 

2. The hunter is available at Fort Baxter

And on Ocean Beach on the helipad next to lances house. (Pc version) not sure about ps2

 

3. Different ped groups spawn at day / night

 

And my way of “sir yes sir” would be to block the road with a car, get a M60 and destroy the vehicles that chase you, use a ruger to wipe out all the remaining soldiers this way you know they are all dead before going up to the tank.

2.What becomes available after collecting 100 hidden packages

Whilst collecting the packages your awarded a weapon (plus money) for every 10 you find. Each reward spawns in different places, details of which can be found here.

 

10 - Body Armour

20 - Chainsaw

30 - Colt

40 - Flame-thrower

50 - Laser Scope Sniper Rifle

60 - Minigun

70 - Rocket Launcher

80 - Sea Sparrow

90 - Rhino

100 - Hunter

When the army fleet is moving down the road, just park your bike in front of the tank, it stops, pull the driver out, drive off and park it in the garage.

This method works EVERY time.
