There are a few you cant get without cheats (the swat car) some that only appear during a mission (swat tank) and some that you can only get from races (phoenix), some you can only get by winning certaine vents (bloodring banger, hotring) and some that only spawn at 1 place for a certain period of time (euros) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
