Gamebreaker Posted August 4, 2007 Share Posted August 4, 2007 I have been hoping to see what happened to San Andreas, after Grove Street Families took over Los Santos, and then how it ended up between Kendyl and Caesar, maybe even how Grove and Ceasars gang came to becoming joined gangs, or if they helped defeat the Vagos and Ballas together, and then had a rivalry, I just want to see how it all turned out. Gamebreaker Posted August 4, 2007 Author Share Posted August 4, 2007 I know that there is no link, but I have LCS and VCS, and they have main characters from 3 and VC and they were really a big role in the game, you may be tempenny if you are before the first San Andreas, and you could be Ceasar, if it is after San Andreas, all I am saying is that is they are going to make them into stories games based on before or after the characters, they may as well finish it up, I don't care how much you hate this, just think of it this way, if you don't like what I am saying don't reply. The stories always take place before the original, which would mean that it would definitely be somewhere around, i dunno, maybe '88 (which is when Carl initially left the west coast for LC, which could be a good place to start off). You'd definitely get a sense of what was going on after Carl "f*cked everythang up". Vanilla Shake Posted August 4, 2007 Share Posted August 4, 2007 I believe that in one of the previews for GTA IV they had an interview with Dan Houser, and they brought up the possibility of San Andreas Stories, to which he replied that they haven't even started working on such a game yet. The stories always take place before the original, which would mean that it would definitely be somewhere around, i dunno, maybe '88 Well if it's following the current pattern it would be in '91 LCS: 1998, 3 years before III VCS: 1984, 2 years before VC SAS: 1991? 1 year before SA I'd much rather a GTA IV type stories game (Or a brandnew PSP specific one), but I won't be dissapointed whichever way it goes. I just know that someday there might be a SAS, but maybe later on down the road after GTA IV is finished. I have read from a Game Informer magazine before that there is a possibilty of it later on. As for the protagonist? I believe if SAS does come out, then Brian Johnson will fill the slot. We hardly know about him and stuff, but knowing R* ther will always keep us entertained.
