hello i just joined the forum , i have always liked it here and it has really been helpful to me in the past, now i'm ready to give something back, i have this idea for a total conversion mod for gta vice city, i mean TOTAL CONVERSION!!!!!!! It is supposed to take place in hitlers germania in 1964 after the germans won wwii and i need to build new playermodels and textures, including alot of custome built buildings including the german stadium, congresshalle, tryumphal arch, reich chancellery, and great hall, along with other buildings, i have to make them from scratch, including weaponry, and a complete new story line, even the ground on which this game is to be played on needs to be changed, what i mean by ground is the land scape the landscape of vice city must be replaced with the landscape of berlin, so far i have models of the branden berg gate and reichstag, but i dont know what programs i need to to the gargantuan task, please please help me get this off the ground i promise you you will all enjoy the mod it WILL be freeware free to download i promise that!!!

Ok see these images, i need to make this to put in my mod this is the congresshalle if i can i would like to make an inside to it so that way you can enter it the same way you enter the versetti estate in the present game, what program would be the best for doing this?
