HolyGrenadeFrenzy Posted August 2, 2007 Share Posted August 2, 2007 (edited) You must swim near the shore toward a big flat rock on the south bank near hanky panky point. While swimming down toward the rock you will eventually drop and land on the rock or near it and your air will fill back up. If you get a car down there you can push it to the east of the rock and get just up to the south of it a little and then you can get in and drive underwater as well! Figured the car part out on my own. Frank-Tenpenny is whom originally let everyone know how to walk underwater this way when GTA SA was relatively new. Cheaters go to Hell haven't you heard? But then again some people just can't do anything without a short cut. I take my BP/EP/FP/DP Infernus down there all the time..........quite fun actually.
