On the thread I link farther above I have a pick of an area by Hanky Panky point and an arrow to where you need to go with directions and everything....maybe just to the right of the arrow a hair....It is the Frank-Tenpenny method of getting underwater and walking without cheats......I will edit with another link. EDIT: OK there are like at least three different areas to do this in but the easiest one for me to find was north of Hanky Panky Point.
