Lightningboy
I'm having problems with a few of the controlls, but my main concern at the moment is the target lock control. I'm using the "classic controlls" on my PC and I can't lock on any targets. I have pressed every button on my keyboard and nothing does it. Can anyone please help? Justin
Are you sure? The "aim" key will target if using Classic controls.

Lightningboy, welcome to the forums. Have you tried going to the option 'Redefine Controls' and checking to see exactly what key the 'aim' function is set to? I don't know if you're new to GTA so, just in case, I'll go ahead and ask. Are you sure that you're using a weapon capable of auto-lock (ex. pistol, shotgun, uzi)? Some weapons can only be manually aimed. And also are you close enough to your target? If the distance between you and your target is too far the auto-lock won't work. Or you may already know this stuff. Later guy.
saintdave
When using GTA on my PC I seem to remember using the mouse when it came to using lock on target weapons. Yes it can be akward depending on what your doing in the mission but it's easy in terms of killing.
Lightningboy
I tried the reconfigure controlls option, using uzi, face to face with the guy i wanted to shoot. Even before my original post. Oddly enough the problem has corrected it's self. I think it was a glitch that finally went away. But thanks go out to those of you who replied to this post. I appreciate the input.
