But then I would say that, wouldn't I? Nah, seriously, you should do it, it helps a lot with the writing too; that way you don't have to describe the characters' appearance(s) so much. TonyZimmzy Posted December 14, 2007 Share Posted December 14, 2007 Over the past few days I've been sick and confined to bed, watching movies such as Scarface and Goodfellas over and over, and some Dragon Ball GT re-runs (), I had time to plot everything out in my head for my 'Return To Heart City' game-script. I've got so much planned for it, and last night it began spilling out from my brain into my fingers and onto the keyboard and I got a bucket load of writing done. I know that's not much of an update, but I figured I'd share. Also, I've got one more chapter for 'GTA: Old Times' written up, which I'll be posting around Christmas sometime, and then I'll be taking a short break from it to concentrate fully on RtHC. Who knows, I might've finished writing the entire script out before 2008. @ChickStick: That's probaly a good idea. I usually find most of my character photos on IMDb and such. Finished the re-worked script for SYN - Conspiracy With the Devil will without doubt be the best chapter I'll ever write if it's written right. This fic's much better as a stand-alone too - a sequel is still doable but I find it very unlikely that I'll ever write one now - all questions are definitely answered and any and all loose ends will well and truly be tied. I hope I finish AOM quickly in a non-rushed way as I can then complete SYN. You guys will definitely not be disappointed - that much I can promise. Expect a very large SYN teaser after I've posted the first chapter of AOM - which is on its way late December/early January. Sorry for the delay! It's a short story, unlike my other projects, but it's probably one of the darkest, mind-twisting stories you will ever read. You'd think I could write the rest and come back to it? Not that simple. I'm one of these annoying people who have a perfectionist's attitude towards my work and have to do things in order. I suck! Besides, there's already a type of flashback in the epilogue, in the form of the screening of the snuff film. I'll work something out (thank you though! I appreciate the imput). Ryunday Posted December 23, 2007 Share Posted December 23, 2007 Well I have recently found myself with a large amount of free time that I was hoping to use to get writing done. However I have been busy with real life™ (love gentleman, it dose things to ya). I have however got to the point in Two Up where I started rewriting it when I found this forum, which is at that point in there story were everything has been introduced and the plot is now underway. The problem is I don’t have anything planned to carry on the story from there. I do have the ending written in my head though. So I have to fill in the story. I have been thinking about the story trying to fill it in and I have come up with some ideas, but I am having trouble connecting them into a plot. I have also started planning out Corruption. Some of you might have seen my post with the idea for that story before. I think this should be my best work. It is really shaping up good. And I am assembling a rich set of characters which should make for some good scenes. I am probably doing this to early but I am also planning a bit of the sequel to Corruption that I have had in mind for a while now, which will take the protagonist to Los Vegas and the city’s famous real estate. I have also started planning out the plot for The Written Word (title in progress) and another novel I have in mind. So I have five books to write. I will probably be gone from here for a while then.
