I really lost some interest in writing the story, so i shortened it a bit. It's only going to be 3 - 4 parts instead of 6 parts. I really left no explanation as to why I call it TCoT instead of Old Times now, as it confuses people. Basically Old Times is set from 2002-2004, while TCoT is set from 1995-1997, and I didn't make a new thread for TCoT; I did it backwards - the 2002-2004 arc. first. The results: 1. Aztecas 2. Ballas 3. Vagos 4. Grove (gee, what were the odds? sorry, Tony ) Off to start writing the Aztecas mission right now. I kind of don't like it...mostly because I wrote half two weeks ago and the other part over the past two days. Eh, I didn't think the middle part would be great at the moment anyways. Part Three should be out by the end of the week. Also, I posted a short story entitled Smoking. I liked it. And...each scene of The French Way is continuing to be posted each day, basically. I've started drafting for the namesake of my short story project called "You're a Woman and I'm a Machine", hopefully this proves to go well and if so I'll post a few more stories. As for now I'm working on a new story called "I Believe in Harvey Dent" as thats a f*cking sweet name for a band or a story or a song. It's not going to be out for some time now but it's my next major work. I'm making a 3rd batman film into a script with description for the writers discussion. I think i might name it The Return of the Dark Knight but i'm not sure. Here's an early opening credits i made for promotional purposes. Note that it's an early test opening credits and not the full version. Plus those actors might not make it into the story like the Joker and such. Right when an update occurs, and the topic is at the top of the page, this topic gets bumped saying "NEW CHAPTER!". Can you, from now on, use it to describe updates in terms of, perhaps, major developments or things in-between direct chapter updates? If everyone keeps just using it as a free post after posting a new chapter to say 'I've just posted a new chapter', I'm going to just lock the thread. @saltinespike: Ugh, yeah that annoys me too. Without backseat modding, I tried pointing the "no free post" rule out a few pages back, and someone had the nerve to f*cking report me for the minuscule smiley rule. I do think the new chapter thing is annoying and taking advantage of "free posting" but not if the writer hasn't written the story for a while. Like if you updated the story for the first time in two weeks then i guess that would be ok to say "New Chapter is up but don't expect another one for another two weeks or so" I used it in my last post only because i'm confident that it's going to be my next story so i put up a small video for it. This topic is useful at points but if you request to lock it Saltinespike than i guess i wouldn't mind but at least keep the writers ideas. Tell us what the chapter's about, what gave you inspiration for it, the current status of the story, etc. Don't just say "new chapter up" and hightail it outta there. Give me feedback RAWR!" This is not a very bad topic in the sense that people are ruining it, and i think that some order being placed will prevent people from doing these "Free post" updates. It's useful for when you are announcing a new saga that your doing like Unvirginisers "San Andreas Stories" or Vercettis "Kingdom" If it really starts to get bad (which is not happening now) then request a lock. Then make a Writers Update V.2. with the rules on the 1st page. I doubt that anyone looks at the 1st page anymore, and they click directly to the last page.
