Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
Wow that sounds really good! No joke, i like the story plot already. I guess "No Country for Old Men" inspired you in some way. I expect references Don Garcia I gotta stop torturing you with No Country references Nah, it's cool, it's our special running joke. I actually plan to write a continuation of No Country from a 3rd person point of view following Anton right where the movie ended. It's called "New Country." That or "New Country For Young Men." I'm being serious. I'll wait for more feedback from the writers and then I'll see. Thanks for the current feedback guys.
Vercetti21
That Boston corner story sounds bad-f*ckin'-ass, Don Garcia. Can't wait to see how it all shapes up.
Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
Thanks for the inspiration V, 1st chapter should be up in a few hours. Heads up, it's kind of an origins of the 2 brothers chapter, but action and drama is the main theme.
Ronmar The Only
Well I posted the second part of November Nights a few days ago. I would love to get some views on how the story is, the character developments, and so forth. Anyways, I have yet to work on the script for the The Deal, but I have worked on the outline and have a promo. Emilio Asterio had been like many Wiseguys, but one bad decision brought his chances of a good life crashing down. Roman Ragazzi’s new life had started, but would it last? Richard Cuore was a father anew. And Philip Muranini planned for the future. Oxidizer
An absolute piece of crap of a teaser, I know, but I did this in under 5 minutes to prove that I am still writing. I just need to focus. Unzipping her bomber jacket, Sophia King shrugged it off to fall softly on the hardwood floorboards below, having just got in from a particularly rough night at the clubs. Her slender frame was silhouetted as she made her way past the blinded windows; rolling her shoulder blades back in tireless effort to ease the aching of her back. Suffering from insomnia, she was tired, but she wasn’t exactly restless either. At 4am and the city now going to sleep, all she wanted to do until she drifted off was play the new Grand Theft Auto on her Xbox. But rounding the chrome-framed doorway and noticing the young man sat on the end of her bed, it seemed as though the universe had different ideas. 'Course I'm not actually gonna use that in the end product, as it's just no way near descriptive enough for what I want -i.e. something you can visualise in your head- so it's not technically a teaser as such. More like proof that I'm doing something other than delaying things time and again. Edited June 28, 2008 by Oxidizer
The Unvirginiser
Three updates.. After a sh*tty week I finally got back to writing, San Andreas stories has been updated, keep your eye on the next few chapters, going to be a lot of action. Blade <3 is a short poem I wrote, that's up. I Smell Smoke has been updated and... overlooked I think... this is a far more serious piece than SA stories, and would love some feedback and attention payed towards it... keep your eye on this story
Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
Just to let anyone whose read my story know, I will be alternating from 1st person (Alex) to 3rd person (unknown character) to better involve the reader in what's happening. So you'll be reading through Alex's eyes at one point, and then switch over to see what the unrevealed dirty cop is doing at the moment. I promise to not make it difficult to determine what point of view is currently being used. Basically because there won't be I's and Me's in 3rd person, you'll know. Thanks for the feedback again, I hope with my next chapter, I'll get even more reviews from the more prolific writers.

Stefan.
I'm adding the Prologue of my new story 'Padeniye i podyem Sergey Ivanov' (The fall and rise of Sergey Ivanov) tonight. It's about a Russian 28-year-old, who's currently the new manager of a job, and has recently married a wife, but he loses it all when his house burns down and his money is robbed by an Eastern European Mafia. He then moves to Melbourne, Australia, and finds that the only hope he has is to work with the Serbian Mafia in order to make his way in life. Lochie_old
Posted up Dial Tone. I'm taking a break from writing disgusting stories, I'm also working on another short story called "The Blue Building" and I've got an idea in the making. I'm going to give Algonquin Stories a rest, a lot of folks seem to be jumping this bandwagon just like I did when I saw radicell's and Virginisers stories. Struff Bunstridge
Posted an untitled short, about 500 words or so. Just a quick throwaway read. Not sure what's happening with The Diary. I don't want it to stall, but I'm struggling to find time and enthusiasm for it right now. I might sign up as a mentee to get some advice.
Ronmar The Only
Alright, I have been working on The Deal and it seems to be pretty long. Might have three parts or so, but I have decided it will be the last part of L'Asso di Cuori that I will post on the forums unless I do flashbacks or something of that nature. I don't have any work over the weekend so I should be able to finish it all up by Sunday night or so unless something comes up. I went overseas shortly after it started; perhaps after I finish 'Fall and Rise', I'll go back to it. Glad that someone brought it up. @Ronmar The Only: Sounds good. By the way, since I haven't been here a while and since I may have missed out, what does L'Asso di Cuori mean? I can tell it's Italian.
Rhoda
I'm putting Ghost on a temporary hiatus because I simply don't want to ruin it. At the moment I'm simply stumped at where to go next and it's driving me mad, so I've put it on hold until I'm more focused and relaxed. However, I will be writing more and more shorter pieces around here, though not so often the board gets swamped and you'll all begin to go "Masterkraft? Again?". Struff Bunstridge
Yeah, shorts are where I'm at right now, and just because the sun's out. I've got a few ideas, mostly fairly humourous, as I don't think there's enough sunshine around WD at the moment; it's all horror and mafioso and murder. I'm thinking about a brief skit seen through the eyes of Atlas, the dude who holds up the sky - just a few paragraphs of him grumbling about how dull his life is, and how every now and then, when no-one's looking, he puts the sky down and has a bit of a rest. Typhus
I don't give a sh*t if Atlas has a raw deal. HE FOUGHT AGAINST ZEUS! He deserves to hold up the Earth for the rest of eternity! Lousy, good-for-nothing Titan.
Struff Bunstridge
Totally. I was thinking he could go off on bitchy tangents, and generally bemoan his position. I'll probably need to read up fully on the back story, as I forgot he was a Titan, so who knows what else I risk messing up.
radicell
Now comes a pivotal point in the SFS storyline and to be honest, I'm not really satisfied with any of the ideas I'm conjuring up right now. A little hiatus might be the result of this. My apologies, but I will get back to writing once I decide on an idea to stick to and get back into the SFS groove. Typhus
Okay, I've updated Project: Red Sky. Basicaly, it's a fairy important chapter that deals with the events concerning the patriarch of the family, Tony Mason. As you may know, each person in the Mason family has pissed off someone very dangerous, leading to them being hounded and hunted by this unknown aggressor. And this next part is basically setting things in motion for when Tony makes his enemies. Just a quick thought: How many of you are reading this story? Well, I told you in a PM one side, though I cannot remember if I sent that because of this. Anyways, to the others, only four people besides myself have commented it and it is a larger project that I have a greater desire for. Now, I will still write somethings for the forums. Besides various back stories, I have two other short stories on the docket. As for The Deal, it is on somewhat hold. A little contest on Xanga popped up about writing a story about the 1st Duke of Wellington which I aim at winning. Hehe, I will post the story on here after I finish it. And of course, I posted the first part of The Deal a few days ago if someone wishes to read it.
