If your at ice cold killa, you should have already recieved a phone call from Jethro telling you to get a license. tuareg Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 Before buying the car showroom, you'll get another call from Jethro telling you to buy it. Before that you whont be able to unlock it. GTAGangsta58 Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 Yes, Just complete the Driving School, and then complete the mission, 'Ya Ka-Boom Boom', after u buy, u will get a call from ceasar, and u will have some mor missions at the Garage.
