Except for police radio chatter, and mission briefing, there is no sound. it was working before. Help plz.
radioman
First off, is this the PC version or the PS2 version? Secondly, is your sound card up to date as well as all your drivers up to date-if on PC? If on PS2, it may just be your disc needs to be cleaned, or your laser lens on the PS2 needs cleaning-as both of these could cause the machine to not be able to read the disc properly-this can also be a solution for PC as well. Hope this helps.

grahamdodds9
Is this on PC, and if it is did you download the game. If you did, then buy the game. This forums doesn't support warezd copyes of the game. If you did buy the game, copy the audio folder from play disk 2 to your GTA 3 directory, and get a no CD Crack to make it run off the hard drive. Usally when people say that there is no radio in the game, they have pirated copies of the game. And try deleting the .SET file in My Documents\Gta3 user files\

He said the audio worked previously, which means that the issue isn't due to having downloaded the game.
