It never ceases to amaze me how much crap comes from GameFAQS; when I was still posting there, there was this guy called Jadex something or other and he had this thread that went on for like 40 pages and 90% of the posters believed him... You sound like me; I'm always thinking these types of things are fake, but there's always that doubtful "it could be real" thing going on in your mind. We've already heard hints of the damaged body parts from the recent magazine articles, no? Like I said, "hints." As for the speeding, certain things make me think this feature might make an appearance. Remember, the police have line-of-sight, meaning they won't always be present for your Lead Foot Syndrome. Not only that, but they went on to state that fast vehicles could easily out-run the police in car chases. Though, I'm guessing that's only in minor offense cases. As far as headshots go, I'd almost bet money we'll see something similar. After all, doesn't anyone recall the death of the security guard from the article? While it wasn't a headshot, it was pretty realistic-sounding. Remember Manhunt? Yeah, those snipers were death on two legs. Anyways, the magazine might be fake. They even mention that the police are a heavy presence and since most of us are used to "speeding" we'll be getting wanted level stars constantly. I could care less about the other so called "features" that they mentioned, but the speeding sh*t is what I'm worried about, whether this is true or not. Contrary to what another person in this topic said, that sh*t was annoying as f*ck in Driver: Parallel Lines. That's the only thing that prevented it from being a somewhat enjoyable game for me. I don't know if it's fun or not to get traffic violation. But at the same time, because the game look so damm real, i can imagine that it can be pretty cool driving around like driving in a real life environment with it own regulations. On the other hands, if they let us driving at any speed we want without any violation, then we're more likely hitting other cars or running over peds and therefore committing crime. But i think what happen is that Rockstar will make it less likely for police to catch you...this is a representation of real life. A lot of people are speeding in real life anyway and get away with it. As far as running the red light...i am not sure if this is going to work because it could slow the gameplay. On one hand, i like the idea of cops pulling you over and giving you ticket, on the other hand, i am not sure if this is going to be fun or not with speeding ticket and red light. I am kind of 50/50 on this. The reason all previous GTAs have been fun is you get to race at top speed. I know for a fact that the magazine of PS for Portugal exist!! I seen the cover. In fact, they have PS mag for Poland, Spain, Germany..ect.. People see this unconfirmed crap and instantly say, "That game is gonna be weak, I'm gonna get Halo instead" If people didnt post this stuff on sites like that without proof then people would be more keen on trying GTA.
