Doink
I really don't have a favorite genre. I play a little bit of everything, when time allows it. Lately its been: World of Warcraft (like 2 nights a week) and the Sims 2.
spyro_ie
I practically play every type of game. Real time strategy's, first person shooters, management games. I especially like action games. I don't normally play sports games as I suck at them. Well not really, just pro evo.

Vinnie
I mainly play older games, on the Megadrive, SNES & Atari 2600 mainly. One of my favourites is Galaxian on the Atari 2600.
Skyline_Mad
I mostly play Racing, FPS and third person (GTA, MGS, Tomb Raider etc..) type of games, I also play some Strategy games (Mostly CNC) and some fighting (Tekken, bouncer). Not really into RPGs like Final Fantasy, although from what i've seen the FMVs look great. The only thing close i would say i have is "The Bouncer" only because its made by the same people that did FF, and don't reallt play sports games, except Fighting and Skateboarding games. The-King
I mainly play RPGs, FPS, games that are really deep, simple games get boring, they have to get in depth and have an awesome story-line for me to love them. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|

Remember This.
No sports games aside from Wii Sports. Mainly I play adventure, RPG, shooters (3rd and 1st person), and Platformers. My favourite and most played games at the moment are: New Super Mario Brothers Resident Evil 4 And as soon as it comes out: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl I am willing to bet I am one of very few Nintendo fans here. I own a DS Lite and a Wii, and thats it. I love Nintendo's style of games, fun and immersive, unique and not having to rely on flashy hardware. But yeah, thats just me. E.A.B.
And as soon as it comes out: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl It's been out for at least a month or so, maybe even two. I am willing to bet I am one of very few Nintendo fans here. Hmm...I don't know. On one side I'm willing to bet that most people here are PC fans (GTA has always been on PC, and the modding scene is pretty big) and maybe PS and X-Box fans (again, GTA is on those systems). I mostly, well, ONLY see x-box vs Playstation debates going on. It's like going to a MGS forum, most people prefer Sony, since the games on that platform. But I've seen plenty of people whom like Nintendo also. I, myself, own a DS Lite and love it to death. Plenty of variety on that. Not sure about the Wii, but I will buy it for Smash, that games got me sold on it. If I buy it for that, I guess I'll buy more games for it, etc. Anyways, I play any type of game, if it's good. I've played RPG's, RTS's, FPS (Turok), puzzle games, uhh...what category does EBA fall into (must own for the DS, by the way), fighters (Street Fighter) etc. Basically, I like games that are fun...[/color]

Venom
More or less everything but RTS. Same here, I'm a dab hand at most. But I was playing Kingdom Under Fire, got to like, level 5 and it was just Aaahh?!??
Remember This.
And as soon as it comes out: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl It's been out for at least a month or so, maybe even two. Release date in Europe is 27th July. And about the Nintendo thing - nice to see someone else who likes 'em. I know what you mean about the PC fans thing, same with PS3. Most people who come here will own a PS2/3 or an XBOX360 simply because they wouldn't be playing the game otherwise. I don't even come here for GTA anymore, I used to play VC on my PC. In conclusion: RAH! For Nintendo. And I'm off to get FFIII now.

E.A.B.
-kiddy games(pokemon,digimon........) They may be marketed towards a younger audience but that doesn't mean they're not enjoyable. One thing I hate is how childish twelve year olds call Pokemon kiddy and only make their parents buy them GTA and wont play a game if it doesn't have: -swearing -blood -violence all in an attempt to make themselves look grown up. While ACTUAL "grown ups" or at least, "mature people" do in fact, play Pokemon or just about any game not based on the amount of "f*ck's" but more on how good the game is. In reality, the mature games seem to attract kiddies more than Pokemon. "Mario!?!? Dat shiiis gay get me Gears of war, I wanna shoot a nigga". I'm not singling you out or anything and didn't assume you think this way. But since you said "kiddy" I just wanted to make this statement. It's understandable if games like pokemon don't get you off, I'm not trying to insult you or claim that this is how you think. @Remember This.:Just don't get Battle Revolution. I play Pokemon RPG's and have always found them to be enjoyable, but the console games have never held up to the same quality(Stadium was nice though, only because it had the best announcer yet in any sort of game, ever) WHATS THE MATTER TRAINER!?! THE CHALLENGERS HAVE *TWO* DIFFERENT TYPES OF POKEMON
Striker*
I used to play basically only sports. But now I'm different. Resistance was the first FPS I ever bought. I play racing games too, like Forza and Gran Turismo 4. Oh, and I can't forget about GTA.

I totally agree with you, Pokemon games are fantastic RPG's, and I play them for the great game play, the length and the world they are set in - truly a brilliant experience.
