As for the speed part, I simply keep the bike to the right of the plane; not too far though, just far enough to avoid the barrels. Don't release the accelerator. When you are near the ramp, take a quick left turn and you'll find yourself in. It'll take some practice, but if you try, you'll get it. Best of Luck!!!
