1.1 Patch, Mods, VC-MP & MTA

Due to some of the previous posts that I've answered there have been some that have been asking to troubleshoot modded or multiplayer versions of the games. Also suggestions to use the 1.1 Patch.

 

GTA VC Patch

 

If you are helping someone troubleshoot or you are considering to fix your copy of Vice City. Never download the patch. It is obsolete now as newer graphics card drivers have taken it's place. Do not waste your time downloading this patch as it is Obsololete.

 

VC-MP

 

This is not the place to ask VC-MP questions. You will most likely not get an answer or your topic will be reported/locked. If you would like to ask these questions please ask them at the VC-MP Forum.

 

MTA (Multi Theft Auto)

 

Again this is not the right place to be asking for help with Multi Theft Auto. Again your topic will probably be reported/locked. If you need help with MTA you'll have to go to the Multi Theft Auto Board.

 

Modded Games & Modding Questions

 

If you want help troubleshooting your game, be sure that it is clear of mods before you ask. If you are asking for help installing are using a mod or looking for a mod you'll find all the help you need at the Modding Forum.

 

Hopefully this will clear up some of the questions asked regarding above & I've linked to the right areas so there is no excuse that you cannot find any of the correct places.

The patch and modding info is available in present pinned topics (for all the help it does there ), and while the two multiplayer mods fall under the modding category anyway, I'll consider adding some specific info about them too.

 

I'd pin this, but it's more effective to leave it here as people's eyes seem to move straight from the upper log-out menu to the first of the non-pinned topics.

 

I must say, I've been noticing a lot of your efforts lately. Keep it up.
