WillzyyyGTA Posted July 14, 2007 Share Posted July 14, 2007 It is called a Sea plane or Skimmer, lol, and just go to "Options" then, "Controls", then look up the controls on how to lean back and forward, it should be 2 to lean forward and 1 to lean up.
