How to delete the entire .col file of everything

Once in liberty do this: Fall off where the .col file is NOT added (lots of places in the city)

 

now once your falling teleport to here using the place manager

If done correctly while falling the entire .col of everything is minced except the sea now enter a car spawn cheat jump on top of it and enter ROCKETMAN

 

now explore the unsolid SA I hope I helped I was just bored

I thought this sounded awesome. When I tried it thought, SA was invisible. If that's how it's supposed to be, I fail to see the point. So I thought maybe I was missing something. What am I missing? Because I can definitely see how being able to do this with a visible SA would be handy to have at times.

I have managed to get to "Ghost SA" before. I got there through the interior world and many complicated steps. I basicly manipulated the game into thinking i was still in the interior world and it was basically a low-res, low-detail, non-solid San Andreas but for some reason it still had normal weather.

You did it once your in liberty you jump off the city then teleport to sea maybe I got the place wrong ill see if I can get another one ok?
