Tonay_Montana
Well ok I just bought this monitor about a week ago and it is beautiful. I dont have (and cant afford) and HDTV yet so I thought buying the xbox VGA cable would be the next best thing. My question is what kind of res should i expect on this monitor will it be like HDTV like 720p or whatever or am I just an idiot and wasting my time and money? I want to know before I spend 40 dollars on this cable if it will be worth it or if I should just play on my TV if it wont be any different. Anyway here is the exact monitor I have if you guys wanna take a look for me at the link below. http://www.audioholics.com/news/press-rele...om-westinghouse thanks a ton I appreciate ANY input
strongshot
the VGA cable allow you to conect your xbox to your monitor, if the monitor is HD, its displayed at the max res. but its kinda dangerous to do that, if the cable isnt compatible with your monitor, the displayed image may be displayed wrong

My monitor says that its HD compatible (whatever that means lol) and it says it is excellent for HD gaming im assuming it means pc games but it should be the same I think. K im glad to know it will use the max res cuz my resolution is very detailed when I play PC games so Im hoping for the same with the xbox. Thanks a lot mate i appreciate it. Heh, times 'em both by three and you'll be a bit closer. HD is 16:9.
