Magic_Al Posted July 15, 2007 Share Posted July 15, 2007 (edited) It is Kendl. Do a google image search and you'll find that loading screen has long been associated with her. Both Kendl and Sweet went through design changes. At the time of this artwork Kendl more resembles her voice actor, rapper Yo-Yo. Also, Rockstar may have toyed with using the gang colors of the actual Bloods and Crips gangs (bad idea), and in this artwork Kendl is wearing a Bloods rag-style red color top -- it also looks purple but that would make less sense if Grove Street Families are based on Bloods, specifically Lime Street Piru, and Ballas are based on Crips, specifically Grape Street Watts Crip. Most of the other artwork has gang characters in their final colors, so Kendl is either red for variety or her artwork was done before they changed the colors. The final in-game Kendl is wearing a similar top but changed to Grove Street Families green. As for the hair, obviously Rockstar found out the PS2 wouldn't give them enough polygons for that. Who im pretty sure was supposed to be yor woman, not ur sister... see the colors were originally orange, hence "Orange Grove Families" and the California reference to orange groves (Yes they are known for oranges almost as much as Florida) but notice the redish brown color? it was prob orange or meant to look orange in a sephia or b&w filter ? regardless the top is the EXACT shape of kendals... that alone says it all! i personally belive they left it in and never thought we'd ever be talking about it.. i do know when i was like 8 and this game first came out, we used to call her the "Hot" loading screen chick, the other was the hooker loading screen chick... lol but id say it was kenal before they made her "Less attractive" cause lets face it, we dont wanna be turned on by our sister! My sister is skinny with no ass, so i dont have to worry about that! Lol!!!! if u play SA again look at kendal though, she has a BANGIN' body, i think michelle is the only one with a better body other than catalina, who is ugly af other than her bangin' curves! (BTW u dont have to be fat to date michelle, just type in HELLOLADIES to get a full sex appeal bar and she will date you!) Michelle also makes a good voice if you plan to add female grove members, she says alot of similar stuff.. i have one of my reg grove members as an english female, witch is hot af, but not very PC.. idk any cute lil white english girls who live in south central?
