SniperGangster Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 Maybe this question is a bit irrelevant to GTA forums, but since EdisonCarter has messed with the homebrews, i would like to ask if i need an eloader or custom firmware to use homebrews. My opinion is that it is not needed, since i load cheatdevice with no eloaders, and cheatdevice actually is a homebrew,but a guy on some forums said an eloader was neccesary if some1 wanted to use homebrews, i.e. portable vnc. I must use either eLoader 0995 AND/OR the LCS disk depending on what I want to load. CD uses the savegame exploit found in the un-patched version of LCS. And yes, you can run PMG portable through the eLoader. So, to answer you YES, you MUST use either custom firmware OR an eLoader. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
