saintdave Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 I think LCS likes to make use of multiple antagonists and not just one main one like in VCS. Torini as you say was somewhat overshadowed by the other characters you would end up crossing but I think that is deliberate on Rockstars part. It's set in fairly modern day (1998) and as a member of one of the mafia families its inevitable that you would have more than one person interfering in your business. Archaon, Lord of End Times Posted July 18, 2007 Share Posted July 18, 2007 Since the Sicilian mafia was the cause of the war between the Liberty Families, I'm guessing that Rockstar's reasoning for Torini being the final enemy is because it's his family's fault there's war going on, and winning the war, which was your main cause throughout, can be acgheive3d by whacking out Torini. The Night Fox Posted July 19, 2007 Share Posted July 19, 2007 Massimo has gotta one of the most badass antagonists in the series, he has a black maverick, lots of sicilian thugs for protection and his maverick is very tough to defeat in the final mission.
