SteaVor Posted July 12, 2007 Share Posted July 12, 2007 Wrong forum, but I'll answer anyways: You can't edit them through plain text files or anything, but they're hardcoded in the executable (gta3/gta-vc/gta_sa.exe) and changing them requires knowledge of memory hacking.
