You'll need an action-replay compatible device that will allow you to transfer it over to a memory card, or simply hard-mod a controller to make it USB and download drivers that'll work for it (XBCD is great), and throw the save onto a memory card that is plugged into the controller (it should show up as a USB media storage device, or some such.
