Everynow and then the mods will get bored and make a topic that the last, or second from last, person to post before it gets locked gets a star or something like that. Those in an official gang, identified by being in a group other than Members, Mod/Admin/Staff and BUSTED! (banned) are official gang members. They're basically social groups. That's all. Lols, just when everyone else is leaving it . Meh. Only use I've found of my stars is that newbies tend to side with you in bitching contests. Though usually bitching contests mean loss of karma. And really, karma tends to be accumulative. I found it harder to work for my 1st than for the other 4 put together (I've only been commended 3 times) I think change of group is better. Powah!
