Germany does a sixteen version (blood, gore, prozzies and other stuff taken out) Can get it from germany for around £15, but don't know about shipping costs. Heard stuff like changing your regional settings and something about the German EXE. can someone explain if this will make it a sixteen? k thx. ps. are there any mods to help me? The closest you can get is 17 which is for Mature. To get rid of the Adult 18+ rating, download the Hot Coffee Patch v1.01 for the German Version. ps. are there any mods to help me? Via the "No More Hot Coffee" mod. And he want to know where to order it from If he can't buy it in the country of Germany by flying there, then he should order it from a German gaming shopping website. Google is especially helpful here! Probably from eBay/Amazon, and have it ship to him via FedEx/UPS I suppose. Nobody should WANT the German version, especially after finding out it's diluted. And I've already covered that the way in which the German game is different cannot be changed by Windows settings. Are you saying that the German version won't run on my PC any differently? and a couple of other points - I always thought M was 18+ I understand that there's different ratings for different organisations. - is the hot coffee the ONLY thing making it an 18? also I've been looking around ebay.de and made a question, which wasn't answered. I think it would be kinda the same except for the language. You will see the same Hot Coffee scenes as long as the "No More Hot Coffee" patch isn't installed for German San Andreas. Those who want whatever is censored in the German game need to get a non-German game. Because it uses a different EXE, changing your Windows settings will not change anything. emeryrulz Posted July 7, 2007 Share Posted July 7, 2007 Yeah, in the German version of San Andreas it says "16 (cut)". Which most likely means something was cut. GTA3 got the 18+. SteaVor Posted July 9, 2007 Share Posted July 9, 2007 Did anyone understand what he wants and why he wants it this way? @RoF: The German version has the original voice actors, no GTA game has ever been localized with German voice actors (at least one wise decision by Take2 Germany ). Only the subtitles assist you in understanding the storyline. You can change them to English in the menu or get rid of them altogether, then you won't notice a difference from a US or UK or Tibetian version... apart from the quite hefty cuts that Demarest mentioned. Oh, and SA is the only GTA game to date that does contain blood in the German version. I'm currently wondering how I once managed to enable the rampages on a German copy of VC by replacing the EXE with the US one, because that doesn't seem to work anymore (no blood, no rampages, no headshots) with the very same copy of the game. It is probably the worst one, while the UK version is the best. Wanna know why i think the UK one is the best?... There are no V2's or V1.1's. Just plain old V1... so you can mod it as soon as you get it... no need for a downgrade. I'm glad the UK goverment don't give a monkeys about Hot Coffee.
