There wasn't any GTA version on DS there (on the Nintendo press conference page). If it would be there, they would already announce it...

The source for the mag is probably this thread. We're very confident it's already in development, so saying "soon" is not a big deal. What is soon though? By release of episodic content #1, by the end of the year, or by next spring? BTW, I'm generally leery of foreign publications/news (moreso than US media). If a legitimate gaming mag from the States prints it, I might take notice. Nothing against Malaysia....but, Malaysia?

 

The question for me now is not if it is coming to the PC, but rather, will I buy it when it does? Will you (everyone)? I won't if it is next year. If it is released next year, I will wait till it drops to under $20/£10 at the very least. Certainly not worth full price for such a lengthy delay. If it does come out this year, I think I will have to hear how good of port it was first before I commit. Sad that it has come to this. There was a time when this wasn't necessary, but all the b.s. has taken it's toll on me (losing interest in the game due to R*'s antics).

I agree, if it is not out by oct-dec 08, I will not buy it, it is too long, many other newer game will be out, and interest will wane. makes no sense. then again, companies like Rockstar seldom do. They whine about piracy, but antics like this only encourage it.
