I'm not really good at graphic cards so i need a little help here(sorry for not been related to GTA4pc release)

 

 

Which of these graphic cards is the best to play Crysis,Call of duty 4 ,GTA4...........etc (talking about playing at high performances)

 

 

Galaxy PCX GeForce 9800GTX 512MB DDR3 HDTV/2DVI

 

Sapphire ATI PCX HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 Dual DVI/ TVO

 

Sapphire ATI PCX HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI/ TVO

 

 

And if somebody can tell me how much are they better than Ati radeon x600 256 mb

well, I'm a fan of nvidia Geforce cards, but I personally don't like the 9 series, it was so short lived (now is the x200 series), I think that your better off just going all out with the "Sapphire ATI PCX HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 Dual DVI/ TVO", it may be more money, but, just think of it as an investment. If you spend more money on a card now, not only will you get amazing performance now, but it will be good for longer, thus actually saving you money in the long run.

 

also, I should mention that you should check the specifc system requirements of these cards, I recently purchased a card, and almost purchased a card that need over 600W of power supply, which would have sucked because my powersupply is only 500W.

I am still trying to think through the business logic of it all.  I mean come on here thousands of people are waiting for GTA 4 on the PC = total silence.  Absolutely no bugger on the planet is waiting for GTA on the DS = hey we are doing a game for the DS.  I mean have I gone totally insane here ?  I am so close to not really caring now it isn't funny.  I can't even begin to defend a step like this.

This is what TakeTwo(up the ass) and Cockhead mean, when they claim that they are at the cutting edge of gaming technology, and are allowing GTA to take full advantage of modern gaming hardware.

Whoever it was on the last page was right -- the next GTA will probably be a Java game for phones, or even a Flash version which you can play in console web browsers only.

 

It won't be long now, and the new "story" regarding Dan Houser will need to be published in place of that fake interview.

I'm not going to waste my time on this if R* doesn't at least give some sort of a confirmation of the existence of GTA 4 for PC. I would have normally been able to keep my temper cool....but GTA FOR THE DS?!?! what the hell were they thinking? I take it as a huge insult that they would give priority to something that 5 year olds use, over my, and many other people's, multi-thousand $$$ machines, especially when we want it the most, and have been waiting the longest! when was the last time you heard some 5 year old say "mom! guess what? I just shot and killed 23 mafia members today!" ? Plus, that chinatown game is going to have a disgracefully small map. I live in New York, so I would know, that chinatown is NOT by any means even close to the size of any good GTA map. When I see "GTA : Chinatown on the shelves of my neighborhood Gamestop, I am simply going to laugh.

It's Wednesday 9:33PM here in Australia right now. The site says T2 conference starts at Thursday 3:45AM. That would make it 6 hours away.
