It worked for me, even though I lost my weapons since I passed the mission and got "WASTED!" at the same time (the tank blew up in front of me). I believe you can carefully take it down the ramped pier until the water is around halfway up the side. It may start to float a bit, when the waves crest, but then the wheels catch and I'm off. To destroy the tank, you can either take it to the bomb shop near the Pay 'n Spray in Newport and have it fitted with a bomb, or you can drive it up the edge of the water and get it to fall in. It's probably quicker to do the latter. Just drive up to the edge of the island, and when you're close to the very edge, start accelerating slowly until the tank appears that it's going to fall in, and then exit the vehicle. No, not only Molotovs. The flamethrower will damage it also, because if you notice, the Molotov's explosion don't do damage, only the fire, so it has the same type of damage as the flamethrower, and the Rhino is Damage Proof, Explosion Proof(I think) and Bullet proof, but not Fire Proof. Yeah, I think the endless colliding with other tanks took its toll on my Rhino. The Rhino does cause an idiotic amount of damage if you hit it, after all.
