You need to lower down the shader/image/visual quality settings, as well as the resolution to 640x480 (set anti-aliasing to OFF and lower down the draw distance). And the Intel GMA by the way is not a decent "graphics" card.

We don't troubleshoot warez.

I would be like spamming if I did that and told him only "No Warez!". I posted exactly what the thread needed help on: "Problem with Performance". I am sure there are people who do bad stuff in this world, by yet they are treated equally and respectfully around the globe? I think it is up to the mods/admins to take care of naqi, not us.

You have violated the rules of this forum. Your quest for karma has taken you to a place unfit for somebody with karma. You need to slow down and start considering the right thing to do in various situations.

I was on-topic (plus the thread starter's problem was already fixed), and now both you and me are completely off-topic as hell! I've not given out any link to a warez download, and the thread starter was the one who mentioned to us about him "downloading" the game for a reason I don't know. notify.gif

Your quest for karma
lol.gif lol Very funny. Alright, well fine - it looks as if troubleshooting warez is a new rule to the forums and I'll stop. muppetmaster_karma.gif

It's just because you're so random at times. I do slow down in certain situations, but this one is something else. I am not a mod - it's like I shouldn't have posted in this thread in the first place to avoid spamming by saying a simple "No Warez" etc.

And Demarest, it's about time you ask an admin or another moderator to give you modding control of the forums! rolleyes.gif

Once upon a time, GTANet was #1. As such, they were on R*'s radar. For the sake of maintaining and amiable relationship, this network has always maintained its stance of NOT being a portal to illegal acquisition and use of the games. There's nothing new about this.

And I was a mod. Not that one needs to be a mod to understand right from wrong or... read. Stop making excuses for YOUR mistake. Time to move on.

What he said.

And for the record - the rest of you can bicker amongst yourselves all you want, but keep in mind that the discussion warez is not tolerated (in fact, it's the 2nd "official" rule of the boards, after 'No Pornography'). Especially when we're dealing with GTA titles. Support the folks that develop these games, go out and buy it for Pete's sake.
