Either use the th tag and it'll be a highlighted box like the one if the middle of yours post and the text bold, or simply use the center tags inside the table tags. You've got to know that the table is as width as the longest text in it. In height, you can only press Enter about two or three times until you get in the middle. That's the only trick I know. The change happened on imgur's end a few weeks ago(maybe a month or two) and is only an issue with the imgur mobile app. On an android tablet I can no loner 'easily' post imgur hosted images. I'm going to try and document everything with details if I ever get the time and energy. In the old days I would 'share' the image to a notepad and then just append .jpg to the link and then copy/paste the link here. All was well. That method stopped working. The 'shared' link is no longer a true image but rather a link to an imgur page with the image. It wouldn't be a problem but the imgur web site no longer works with oauth(or at least for me and my Samsung tab 4). Oauth works for any other site. Oh and I installed every browser to test imgur an oauth. Here is my workaround solution: Install Edge browser(you only need it for this). From imgur app 'share' to Edge. Long hold the image to get the context menu and select 'open image in new tab'. Copy that URL. Paste URL here. Profit.
