Vehicle editing help

Hello , I have a problem with vehicle mods , I install the mod , do all the steps to get it in the game , replace the dff. and txd. files , change the handling etc.. . When all the steps are done i start the game , all goes smooth until i click load game ,then it loads and freezes in the middle of the load bar and doe sent go eny further , the same happened when i click new game it loads and then freezes in the middle , PLEASE !!!! somebody HELP ! , i really wanna play it with the cool vehicle mods ,
