who can i beat the 1st mission of the boat chalenge it's kind of hard

Practice. That's it. For me, the key is hitting the first couple ramps in a way that doesn't completely throw you off the trail. Since you posted this in the Cheats forum, I will also mention that if you're on PC, you can use Time Vault to pass it for you.

Try the boat on the left-- I didn't think it was faster but I got a much better time with it... it doesn't turn as good as the other but most of that checkpoint is a speed run (other then the very beginning)

 

That is sort of a trick...

 

For a cheat... use the cars drive on water cheat and use the hotring racer... I've never tried it, but read it works.

The cheating method had been already explained. But the trick for this mission is to just apply more turns than the small amount you usually do with the car.

 

So if you want turn left, apply slightly a lot of pressure by holding down the right arrow key and then quickly apply a slight amount of pressure by holding down the left arrow key to straighten the boat (just like in real-life driving). The same applies for when you want to turn right.

 

But remember to just keep accelerating, and don't miss out on a ramp!

Turn off the frame limiter for the duration of the mission. With this and the GTA SA boat school, it lets you beat the timer easier.

You could as well disable the mission timer in LithJoe (if the person is playing the PC version).

 

As for turning off the frame limiter, the boats will go slow as a disadvantage.
