If you failed to backup prior to modding your game consult the readme for the mod. If the info isn't there, read the thread for the mod. If the info isn't there, ask there. If you were to create a new topic (not at all the right step), then yes, it should be in mods. And should have a title that reflects what the topic is about. How do I... describes a large percentage of all threads in the various forums.
