If you had taken a moment to even LOOK at the modding section, you would see all the information we've compiled over the years. When I advise people on how to mod, I point out that the first step is actually using existing mods. Just by doing that, you will learn which tools do what, what files are responsible for what, etc. From there, just tinkering, you will see your changes in game. Besides, "how do I mod" is WAY too general a question to be answerable. How do you mod WHAT exactly? If you don't know what you wish to accomplish, we won't know how to tell you to do it. But if your impatience in not even being able to spell please, let alone check out the existing data is any indication, I don't think you have the grit for it. Hopefull I'm wrong.
