Demarest Posted May 28, 2007 Share Posted May 28, 2007 TGR taught me a long time ago that if you have moomapper, you can USUALLY double click on a map item and it will tell you the name of the model. If I'm not too much mistaken, the name of the texture is always the same as the model. IIRC, this is how I came to find the sign textures you see on the overview maps on my site. IIRC, this is how I came to find the sign textures you see on the overview maps on my site. You were lucky then, because most of the textures are bundled in area/purpose-specific TXDs (most notably in Chinatown). In this example, the model for the Punk Noodles building is called 'dinerind.dff', while the texture is split in 2 parts that are stored in 'newbuildind.txd' and are called punk1_64 and punk2_64.
