Ooo...kaayy... So, You have used cheats, which affect the gameplay somehow. Did you use 'Riot' cheat? Or any ped cheats? 'Cause that seems so. If you were smart enough to backup your saves or saved on different slots then just load your previous save without any cheats on. If you didn’t, then you f*cked.
