Hi welcome to the Vice City Stories Mod for Vice City!

 

Our aim in this mod is to recreate as much of VCS as possible for VC!

 

We are cooperating with a Russian site: GTAmaps.net who also created a similiar mod!

 

Using Aru's Extractor I was able to extract skins and textures for characters.

 

I would like to thank everyone who commented and who is contributing to this mod! Keep supporting this mod!

Update on Rocket Launcher:

 

I noticed that VCS has the same Rocket Launcher from GTA3 so it's in the Zip!

EDIT:

 

UPDATE : The intro and credits will be included in this mod! However they will be a separate part of the Zip file! REspawn has assured me that it's ok to distribute the intro video as it's still Rockstars!

 

I have to combine both WAV (sound of the video) and MPEG (video - sound) together, im using various video tools but I cant seem to get it to work!

yeah I tried it with a tutorial but then my 3dsmax chrashed so there still not ingame

Alright, I finally got pictures of the working models in-game (after re-installing VC about 5 times just to make it start normal).

I also noticed that the chest on the model sticks out a bit too much (it kinda looks like Vic has boobs), I'll fix that too later.

Aaaand, I got a lil' something else:

Lacne has no cop pounch and wears his glasses (actually, he just stole Ken's glasses )

What exactly do you have in mind?

well on the first pics the arms are a little distance away from the body and the body is kinda thin(the chest as seen from the front) you know what I mean? vic is has a very big body so could you fix that?

The textures are all wierd... It looks like the place was burned down.
