Justin
Why would that bother you? Until you display proper English speaking skills when posting here I shouldn't see a reason why you'd need to enable the English language in-game. Pity there isn't an "overwhored useless internet speak" language option, eh? By the way, I've no idea why GTAIII wouldn't be in English in the first place. Mods don't come into the equation at all. This entire scenario smells a tad fishy...
Blackadder.
Sounds like Warez to me, people rip languages out to reduce the filesize... If you ARE using Warez...Go buy the game

Until you display proper English speaking skills when posting here I shouldn't see a reason why you'd need to enable the English language in-game. For those of us who learned English as our first language, nobody sat down with us, using words we didn't yet understand, and explain things to us. We learned by immitation. From there, it's just a matter of exposure. When I was taking French, my vocabulary expanded and retention was highest when I had a friend just as interested and we spoke to each other in French as much as possible. Reading through a game in English would assist whether we feel it's negligible or not. Especially if they've played through the game before in a language they were fluent in. It probably is warez, but only because he said India. We've heard from people in several countries that such games simply aren't available to them. I don't actually know if missing GXT files would at all alter what options are available in the menu. Never tried.

The original had no indication that the member was Indian, and was filled with "dis", "da", "guyz", "plz", etc. Now he's displaying proper English, I'm: a) apologetic b) unsure as to the necessity of typing in '1337 speak' in the first place. Demarest
I figured that much just by the edit date. I was just addressing why somebody might want to play the game in English that doesn't speak English.
