why I can't play san andreas, help me

my laptop Windows XP Professional SP2, VGA video graphics SiS 32MB but in BIOS I set to 64MB, Intel celeron 1.6GHz, RAM 768MB my harddisk is compressed. why after install san andreas after movie back to windows again? please help me,thank you,
