I have heard rumours where you sat on the back of a Sanchez while shooting other people, while trying to catch some Mafia person. Are the rumours true? Was it really the beta Liberty City mission?

I remember hearing about that before. It may have been just a rumor, but it also could've been real, since the Liberty City in San Andreas looks like it was unfinished and had a good portion of Portland.
