( Note when the Military Comes put in the cheat at the bottom number 1: Portland Go to the police station go to the side of the building with the narrow steps walk up the steps go to the very back of the parking lot (where the concrete and the grass meet). Jump over to the grass side and walk to you left and then turn and look and there should be a ramp go to the right of the ramp and go untill you see a narrow ledge.Walk onto it and use the cheat at the very bottom cheat. QUote to demarest Because it Tells you how to run away from the cops In the Gameplay section, telling people how to run away from cops consists of letting somebody know that a one star wanted level will fade in time, telling them to grab Bribes, sharing a map of Bribes, or talking about hitting a Pay N Spray. What was posted, is a cheat. Not only is there an entirely different forum for this, but all the cheats can be found in the pinned topic. So the question stands in its original, rhetorical form.
