Originally, when Rockstar made the game, they included a mini game in which you have sex with your girlfriends after they invite you in for coffee. However, this was taken out in the final game. I say taken out, it was hidden. So "Patrick W" comes along, looking through the San Andreas files and comes across "Hot Coffee" and subsequently finds a way of enabling it. It caused so much uproar with the media, San An had to be rated "AO" in America instead of "M" and many shops took it from their shelves. Rockstar released a new version of the game, "2.0" and it restricted the user from modding it in any way. So if you've got the newest version, you won't be able to mod it. If you're playing the game straight you won't get to it. It can only be used with codes like with Gameshark or whatever. If you bought the game within a week of release, or anytime before the hot coffee scandal, you likely have the feature embedded in the game code, but hot coffee mode isn't enabled by default. I'm pretty sure my version has it but i can't be bothered to piddle around with it when i can't even get to 100% cause of stupid little bugs i'm running into lol.
