Its about time someone other than me made a thread for this genre. I have made many rave threads over the years and they barely get any response.

 

I am a massive old skool junkie, Was going to all the big events back in the days (Dreamscape / World Dance / Fantazia / Desert Storm / One nation + 400 others) I have mainly switched to Drum'n'bass these days, but have tons of old skool rave choons on my computer.

 

Check this site out. Back to the oldskool

I love all forms of electronica, mainly Industrial dance and PsyTrance though.

VNV Nation and Juno Reactor are some of the best.

I'm also a fan of Testio

And just about anything and everything that the Bill Leeb and Rhys Fulber have been involved with.

I hear Techno, Hardstyle, Dance (Hardhouse) and Jumpstyle ... nothing from the U.S tho, just solely the stuff from Dutch, Italian (majority), French and German DJ's

 

DJDeez and I also visit Festivals visited by over 20,000 people in Arena's or on Beaches

 

I hope I'm gonna see him on Q-DANCE Qlimax in November this year (my signature is a scene from Qlimax 2006)

 

Other major festivals apart those from Q-Dance Qlimax and DefQon.1 or Q-BASE are ID&T Festivals, currently doing Sensation White (Trance) and Sensation Black (Hardstyle, Hardcore, Hardhouse)

I've been into electronic music ever since i was able to tell difference between the music genres... It all started when I was at about the age of 12 with Scooter and trancey stuff like that... I don't like that kind of electronic music nowadays though... as the time passed I've developed my taste and slowly started to listen more and more underground, non-commercial music and less and less commercial kinds of elecrtonica... when I started going to High School at about the age of 14 the techno was the type that I listened to mostly... and about 2 years ago (when I was about 16) a friend suggested some house/tech-house/progressive DJ's... I listened to it and I really liked it... and that's what I'm still listening most of the time when I'm alone or chilling put with mates... but on the parties techno is still my favorite kind of electronica... the older the tracks played are the better the party is... atleast for me
