Cut-Scene cars different to in-game ones?

Recommended Posts

Hi, how you all doing?

What inspired me to post this topic was that i started a new game to watch the cut-scenes again and i noticed things about the cars.

I noticed in the cinematic cut-scene where Tenpenny pulls over CJ's TAXI at the begining of the game, that the LSPD cop car he is driving has something different about it. The rim is different in-game than it is in this cutscene. In-game it is the same as the TAXI rim (loads of spokes) but in this cutscene it looks something like this:

I also noticed that the TAXI he pulled over with CJ in it had some sort of chrome around the rear window.

So my question is, are the cutscene cars different to the in-game ones ?

ah, come on... sad.gif You're replying to topics like the one thats complete and utter rubbish about Rockstar apparantly stating Bigfoot was in the game, which we all know is a 100% lie. Yet you still reply to topics that are about " OMG tehz we foundz bigfaoots! " instead of about something sensible and could possibly (i know its unlikely) be catching onto something.

Some have special qualities if the cutscene is the fixed possition premoving ones if you can get control of CJ which are the second type and not the movie type..The clip/movies I can not comment about at all because I know too little about them.

Well, maybe they are. Like some guns, when CJ uses Colt .45, other people use Glock 17/18 on cutscenes. Or Tenpenny and the taxi driver modified their cars. What so if they are?

I don't think Tenpenny modified his LSPD cop car 1) Its a cop car so i don't think he is permitted to mod it. 2) In the in-game cutscene straight after the cinematic cutscene the LSPD car has the same rim as all the other LSPD cars, yet it has a different rim in the cinematic cutscene.

I'm thinking the cars in the cinematic cutscenes are BETA versions because they might of been made while the games cars were slightly different and Rockstar might of forgot to change the cinematic ones to match the in-game ones exactly. Or it could be just improved graphics, but why would improved graphics change a rim on a car ?
